Full saturation oil binder in powder and granulate form
OIL FREE can be used for absorbing oil and hydrocarbon spills on the ground. OIL FREE is an easy-to-use product, employed in the same way as sawdust. OIL FREE is hydrorepellent and as such does not absorb water. This gives OIL FREE an impressive absorption capacity, and has impressive yield when used on oils and hydrocarbons, offering significant savings in the procurement and disposal stages. OIL FREE is available in two formats: powder and granules.
The powder is recommended for indoor environments, while the granules are more suited to outdoor spills; both versions are manufactured from recycled polyurethane. The product complies with the technical specification UNI CEN/TS 15366/2010, issued by Italian standardisation body UNI, for granular products for the absorption of hydrocarbons, mineral oils and similar products on road surfaces and in transit areas.
